When the temperature reached around -35C🥶 last week and all indoor activities were still closed, you end up in another involuntary quarantine in your own home. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Running, x-country skiing or hiking were off limits and endorphins lacking, I decided to have a little work-out in my living room. 💪Judge for yourselves what the outcome could have been with my two little dudes. 😋 To be fair, after all they did end up joining me in my exercise, attempting to replicate my moves – maybe the t-shirts motivated them? 😉How many of you can work out at home with kids?
