If you want to exchange or return a product, send it back to us within 14 days after you have received the product as long as the item is unused, unworn and not damaged or altered in any way. If you want to exchange your product for another, we are happy to change the size, color or provide you with another product of equal or lesser value. For exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to us; however, we will not charge you any additional shipping fee as we send you the new product.
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason and do not want to exchange it for another, we will return your money within 14 days after the product is received by us.
Refunds will be in the same form of payment that was originally used for the purchase. If PayPal is used we will get in touch with you for your Debit or Credit Card payment details.
