SHIPPING and RETURNS

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days after being placed and paid.
Standard delivery time is approximately 6 business days to US up to 2 weeks for CA.
Standard shipping cost fee is CA $12, US $10.
Free shipping offer applies to all orders over CA $110 for Canada and US $90 for the US.
Free shipping credit will be shown on order summary if applied.

To guarantee our customers are 100% satisfied, online purchases can be exchanged or returned free of charge.
If you want to exchange or return a product, send it back to us within 14 days after you have received the product as long as the item is unused, unworn and not damaged or altered in any way. If you want to exchange your product for another, we are happy to change the size, color or provide you with another product of equal or lesser value. To find the best solution for you, we strongly encourage you to contact us before returning or exchanging any items (mama@kojo.shop).
For exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to us; however, we will not charge you any additional shipping fee as we send you the new product.
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason and do not want to exchange it for another, we will return your money within 14 days after the product is received by us.
Refunds will be in the same form of payment that was originally used for the purchase.

CA 12$/US 10$ shipping will be applied for orders below CA 100$/ US 80$.
Our least recommended payment option is bank transfer, your bank could charge you additional fee (it varies based on your bank account).
